We are delighted to announce Pacific Property Company has been renamed Pacific Urban Residential. After fourteen years and nearly $2.5 billion dollars of west coast multifamily investments we sought to bring additional clarity to our efforts on behalf of our investors, relationship brokers and strategic equity partners. Our new name more accurately reflects our west coast, urban, target market multifamily investment and management focus.

As before, Pacific Urban Residential (aka ‘PUR’) continues our history and track record of successful multifamily investment. While we are changing our name, our core values remain intact. We remain a research-based apartment investor committed to excellence and fiduciary accountability. Each and every day our professionals seek to earn and sustain the trust of our investors, our shareholders, our residents and the communities in which we operate.
